51 Lost Mobile Phones Worth ₹15 Lacs Recovered by Navghar Police

Bhayandar: In a significant achievement, the Navghar Police, attached to the Mira Bhayandar Vasai Virar Police Commissionerate, have successfully recovered 51 lost mobile phones worth ₹15 lacs. The recovered phones were handed over to their rightful owners by Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Prakash Gaikwad.

The owners, who had lost hope of ever recovering their phones, were overjoyed when they received a call from the Navghar Police Station informing them that their phones had been found. The recovery of the phones was made possible through the CEIR Portal, which uses IMEI numbers to track lost mobile devices.

The Navghar Police's efforts have brought relief to the owners, who can now rest assured that their personal data and belongings are safe. The police's success in recovering the lost phones is a testament to their dedication to serving the community and ensuring public safety.
