Mira Bhayandar: Another shocking Job Placement Scam has came to light in Mira Bhayandar city where numerous local youths of Mira Bhayander City are allegedly duped by Nilesh Bhalekar to get back job in Mbmc via State Government's Security Guards Board.

Local Youths of Mira Bhayander City who were working as a Security Guards at Mbmc on contractual basis via 'Sainik Security' a private manpower agency had became jobless after the Municipal Commissioner suddenly cancelled the contract and hired manpower from Maharashtra Security Force a State Government's agency. Around 648 local security guards were affected as the state government agency MSF guards replaced them.

Maharashtra Rajya Suraksha Rakshak and General Kamgar Union came to the rescue of the jobless guards by helping them rejoin their duties as guards. The union had approached hon'ble court and procured orders to reinstate 160 guards under the aegis of the security guards board. Based on the orders, 50 guards received the appointment letters and were rejoined their respective duties on 08th January 2023.

Also a official letter was sent by the then Deputy Municipal Commissioner (HQ), Maruti Gaikwad, to the Maharashtra State Security Guard Board to affiliate the local youths in their agency so that the jobless youths can get reinstated at mbmc via government agency.

Accordingly, registration of those jobless youths were done with Maharashtra State Security Guards Board. It is being alleged that one Nilesh Bhalekar, had demanded bribe for their reinstatement in Mbmc via Maharashtra State Security Guards Board, the jobless youths with no option left had fulfilled the demand.

Also, additionally 5000 rupees were paid for their uniforms. Since 1-2 years the jobless youths are awaiting their reinstatement at mbmc as they have just received uniforms and not job. Upon asking to return back the money, bhalekar says to the youths to visit board's office at Sanpada.

Thus the jobless local youths had approached local legislator Geeta Jain and seeked her intervention for justice, but she failed to do so. The youths alleged that those who had fulfilled hefty demands were reinstated in the first batch.

Losing hope of getting back their job and realising that they were duped by Nilesh Bhalekar, the youths have now decided to approach Mira Bhayander Vasai Virar Police Commissioner as they have been duped by him in a job placement scam.

The authorities must take immediate necessary action to address their grievances and ensure justice is served.
