Around 150 Illegal Posters have been put up on CM's Arrival.

Not caring two hoots about defacement and its own vocal criticism about political hoardings taking over the city scape, Shinde Sena leaders and volunteers seem to have unleashed a barrage of political posters with photos of Chief Minister Eknath Shinde regarding Opening Ceremony of Drama Theater in the City. 

Right from the Western Hotel to the MLA Pratap Sarnaik's Office at Hatkesh Road , around 150 Political Posters bearing names and photographs of CM along with MLA , Shakhapramukh Mahesh Shinde , Vikram Pratap Singh and Volunteers have been put up in blatant violation of the directives of the Nagpur bench of Bombay High court.

The hoardings conveying Opening Ceremony of Drama Theater messages by local leaders were put up in the city after the announcement of the CMs tour. The political workers have erected posters and hoardings atop Street Light Poles and on Trees planted on both sides of the road.

It is the Municipal Corporations failure to check the illegal Political Posters from being put up on Street Light Poles and Trees violating directives of Bombay High court.

Along with CM , the Civic officials turning a blind eye to the activity have added to the annoyance of residents. The area where such posters were put up in a large number comes under the limits of Ward Committee No.04 being headed by Assistant Commissioner Yogesh Gunijan. 

Recently, FIR has been lodged at Navghar Police Station by the complainant Krishna Gupta under Section 3 of the The Maharashtra Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 1995 , regarding the Illegal Posters put up on Street Light Poles at East West Flyover under the limits of Ward Committee No.04.

Some residents complained about the defacement caused by these hoardings, a contradiction to the call of shunning the VIP culture by the CM. “If it is not allowed, then why are these hoardings visible everywhere?
