Mira Bhayander BJP Corporator booked under section 452 , 324 , 504 & 506 of IPC.

FIR lodged under section 452 , 324 , 504 & 506 of IPC against Mira Bhayander BJP Corporator Nayna Mhatre and 1 other yesterday night at Bhayander Police Station. 

Complainant Dilip Bansode (30) , a resident of reva-aagar , murdha gaon , stated that on thursday evening around 6pm , while passing through reva-aagar gate towards his home , a pet (dog) owned by one local resident , tried to bite his leg and a peice of his pant was in the catch of the dog's bite and was torn but anyhow he escaped the bite and threw a stone on the pet , on reacting it the pet owner abused dilip bansode , threatened to kill him and left without saying anything further.

 

Later around 6:30pm , Nayna Mhatre ( BJP Corporator ) went to his house , abused him and pushed his wife too . She also slapped his brother , picked stone and threw it on his head. The stone hit his head and started bleeding. He approached bhayander police station and the police advised him for treatment first , after which he went to Indira Gandhi hospital located at mira road for medical treatment and got his head stitched and later went to bhayander police station to lodge his complaint.

On the other hand , while speaking to family member of the accused regarding the same , allegations have been denied by them and stated that the complainant itself has injured his head as he was seem totally intoxicated. Also the complainant has broken legs of the pet dog twice previously and therefore accused had arrived his home just to talk about the incident and warned him that she will file a complaint at police station , meanwhile the complainant itself injured himself and went police station alleges family member of the accused.
